Guarantee

Seventh Circle Artworks is made to the highest standard using quality materials, therefore to prolong the life of your jewellery so that you can enjoy wearing it for years to come; we ask that you take the time to review the care instructions upon receiving your jewellery.

Should it be necessary, SCA will carry out any repairs resulting from genuine manufactoring faults, free of charge for three months from the date of purchase. Thereafter, we will be happy to repair your jewellery for a small fee. Please contact us to arrange this prior to returning your jewellery.

We regret however, that any jewellery damaged as a result of not following the care instructions, must be replaced at the customer’s own expense.

 

Ordering

On making a purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page.

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted using a wide range of materials.

All pieces are made to order. We aim to deliver within 28 days. However we cannot be responsible for delays in international postage.

All prices listed on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling.

Please note that items sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact the appropriate authorities prior to purchase.

All UK orders totalling over £5.00 are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or postal service.

All overseas orders totalling over £25.00 are sent using Royal Mail International Track and Signed postal service. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of the shipping date please contact us by email.

Seventh Circle Artworks may offer promotional codes to regular customers from time to time. Please note that only one promotional code can be used at any one time.

All silver/gold/platinum/palladium pieces will be hallmarked at the London Assay Office in accordance with the 1973 Hallmarking Act.

 

 

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your jewellery and therefore if you discover a fault with the item purchased, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms:

 

  • Returns/refunds will not be issued due to the wrong size being ordered, you the buyer are responsible for ensuring that the item is the correct size, if unsure please contact us or review the ring size guides or necklaces size guide provided.

  • You must contact Seventh Circle Artworks within 7 days of receipt of the goods via e-mail.

  • All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings for pierced ears, or any other body piercing jewellery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • The cost of returning items is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed by Seventh Circle Artworks.

  • All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk, therefore we recommend that you use a trackable and ideally insured postal service. Any items lost in transit when being returned to Seventh Circle Artworks are the responsibility of the sender. Any loss must be obtained from the carriage company.

  • All exchanges and refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned item(s). Items must be returned in good condition and approved by Seventh Circle Artworks prior to refund.

  • All items returned to SCA must be sent with an accompanying returns form; items without this form may be subject to a delay in processing the refund
