Michel Langevin – drummer and artist. He is the founding and only constant member for the legendary Canadian heavy metal band Voivod. The band have been a huge influence on modern musicians including Dave Grohl of Nirvana and the Foo Fighters. Michel isn’t just a musician -  he is an accomplished graphic designer and has worked on many album covers including his own.

 

 

“After catching Michel’s stunning Worlds Away art exhibition at Roadburn Festival in 2012 I decided to approach him regarding a collaboration. The idea was to recreate one of his famous post-apocalyptic designs in 3D as a limited edition piece. After some work on the ring in order to bring his creation to life, we decided to keep it simple and name it the Away ring.”
