All pieces in the online shop are made to order. We aim to deliver within 28 days. However we cannot be responsible for delays in international postage.
All silver/gold/platinum/palladium pieces will be hallmarked at the London Assay Office in accordance with the Hallmarking Act.
We agree to undertake any repairs due to genuine faults, NOT to general wear and tear.
Returns/refunds will not be issued due to the wrong size being ordered. Please ensure all sizes (ring sizes, chain length etc) are correct before you order.
